Broken/Damaged/Defective Products:

Please make sure to keep the box, packaging materials, and any damaged items.If you purchased Route Package Protection with your order and your order was lost/damaged/stolen in transit, you can file your claim at claims.route.com.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages:

If your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery or marked return to sender, an undeliverable package fee of $15.00 will be applied.
