Cut pork into large chunks, roughly 2 – 3” wide by 8” in length. Place on a sheet pan, rub with oil, then salt and pepper all sides.
Place into slow cooker with 1 16 oz. jar of Mojo Simple Slow Cookin’ Gourmet Taco Sauce. Set on low and cook for 8 – 10 hours.
Remove pork from slow cooker and place on sheet tray. Shred the pork while removing any fatty bits. Place the shredded pork back into the slow cooker for another 30 minutes or so to really absorb more flavor from the juices.
You’re now ready to start making tacos!
We like corn tortillas but use what you prefer. There are a lot of choices these days.
We like to top these tacos with grilled pineapple salsa (on our recipe page) and a little drizzle of our Mojo Simple Chipotle BBQ Dipping Sass.
Great for not only tacos, but quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and bowls. Use it in the morning for some killer breakfast tacos.
Use any leftover pork and sauce within 5 days or freeze for later. Make sure you reserve plenty of the leftover sauce with the pork.
